I recently had all four teeth extracted by Dr. Afifi. At first, I was pretty apprehensive—especially since they don’t offer general anesthesia— But Dr. Afifi reassured me that the numbing would be enough
He was incredibly patient and kind, even when I needed double the usual amount of anesthetic. He never once said “we can’t do this,” nor did he rush me. He was determined to get all four out.
The laughing gas didn’t do anything for me I still felt the absolute same. The numbing is the only thing that pretty much worked well once we adjusted the dosage.
When I felt tension, Dr. Afifi cracked a little joke—“Hmm, tough cookie, huh?”—nice comment to put someone at ease
Between the warm professionalism, genuine patience, and his skillful execution, I couldn’t be more satisfied. As an oral and maxillofacial surgeon, he brings both expertise and empathy to every procedure.
