Dr. Oshita is an oral and maxillofacial surgeon who earned his Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) from UCLA before completing his medical degree (MD) and oral and maxillofacial surgery training at UCSF Medical Center, one of the nation’s leading academic medical centers.
During his training at UCSF, Dr. Oshita gained broad, hands-on experience across the full scope of oral and maxillofacial surgery, including facial trauma, orthognathic (corrective jaw) surgery, wisdom tooth extractions, dental implants, oral pathology, TMJ disorders, and IV sedation. This diverse background allows him to care for patients facing a wide range of needs, from routine extractions to complex reconstructive procedures.
