Dr. Naman Desai is a highly skilled and compassionate oral & maxillofacial surgeon in Newport Beach, CA, dedicated to providing exceptional dental care. A proud graduate of the UCLA School of Dentistry in 2014, Dr. Desai pursued an extensive six-year oral surgery training at the LAC USC Medical Center. His commitment to excellence led him to earn an MD from the USC Keck School of Medicine, further enhancing his expertise in the field.

Dr. Desai was exposed to an oral surgeon in high school through an internship, which helped him gravitate towards the profession. He enjoyed how problems ranging from infections to malocclusion could be solved quickly with procedures. Dr. Desai enjoyed the variety and complexity of procedures, ranging from routine dentoalveolar to more complex, multi-disciplinary cases in the hospital.

With a wealth of experience in both private practice and hospital settings, Dr. Desai brings a holistic approach to oral health. His multifaceted background allows him to seamlessly blend precision and empathy in his patient care.

Outside of the office, Dr. Desai maintains a strong focus on health and fitness and recently completed HYROX training. He loves exploring new destinations with his wife, seeking out bold flavors and new cuisines, and tracking down the best coffee from local cafés wherever he goes.
