Grant Oshita was born and raised in Sacramento, Calif. He followed his older brother to UCLA and completed his BS in Biology in 2016. He continued on at UCLA for dental school and graduated with his DDS in 2020. While in dental school, Dr. Oshita was vice president of his class, and director of Basic Dental Principles, a lecture series presented by dental students to pre-dental undergraduates. He also conducted research under Dr. Paul Krebsbach regarding mTOR signaling and cancer cell proliferation. Dr. Oshita is excited to be back in Northern California, where he’ll be closer to his parents and his beloved dog. In his spare time, he enjoys playing soccer, cooking, photography, watching documentaries and rooting for the Sacramento Kings.
